What is “resort hopping” and how does it work. I am referring to the accommodations.

“Resort hopping” usually refers to going from one resort to another to see the themeing and enjoy the different food/shopping options at each resort. If you are referring to splitting your dates at WDW between two resorts, you can do that too. Many people choose a resort near a certain park they plan on focusing their time in, say Contemporary Resort for a few days at the Magic Kingdom, then resume their stay at Beach Club in order to focus on Epcot. Disney will transfer your luggage for you so you won’t have to miss any time in the parks.

About Cassie

Cassie L. I am a lifelong Disney fan. I attended Walt Disney World in 1971, and was there during the opening week of EPCOT, and have visited the Disney Parks more than 30 times. I have had the privilege of visiting Disneyland as a child, and then again with my children. My family recently moved from the northeastern United States to the Walt Disney World area. I now have cast members in my family and enjoy hearing the magical stories at the end of a shift. I love visiting all of the parks and getting to try more Disney food and being able to share it with you to help you plan your own magical day at Disney.
